in simple words you need a challenge in order to get into the mood to do something =)
but same goes for many people ^^ without a motivation we dont feel like doing something.

Me too  i wont train or do something if there is no friend in game.
because without friends life can be boring so I always try making more friends ^^
and playing alone is boring in any game so I make friends in every game I play
as well.

yes time difference can happen a lot but I also keep changing time a bit but
