Please note as you play this game your character grows with your skills and play too and then to transform a special challenge needs to be taken by the player.
You can change from your 1st job to 2nd job after you reach lvl 50, and TM lvl 40.
And 3rd Job when you reach lvl 130 and TM lvl 120.
